Meet Heather

Owner. Crafter. Teacher. Lover of board games.

Way back in 2019, otherwise known as the before times, we had a dream to open a DIY craft studio. So we did. Just when things were starting to take off, gathering was outlawed. Our dream crashed down around us.

Have no fear! Like many during the pandemic, we pivoted and made the best of a bad situation. We got ourselves a laser cutting machine and started making cool things to sell at craft fairs.

Turns out I like being creative and bringing people's visions to life just as much as I like teaching crafts.

My specialty is layered laser cut wood art. As much as I want to make all the things, I try to limit myself to making nature and nerdy themed things for shows. I strive to hear, "I've never seen anything like this before!" It makes my day to talk favorite fandoms with people at shows.

Outside of shows, I love taking commissions and requests for custom pieces. The challenge of creating the thing that exists in your head exactly how you want it to look — or something that generally knocks your socks off — is what really gets my creativity flowing.
